OUR CENTER

Located in the heart of historic Danville, less than one mile from Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, our nursing and rehabilitation center has the distinction of being Kentucky's first building designed specifically for skilled-nursing care.

We offer short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

Our center offers a certified Alzheimer’s Program, designed to meet the special needs of those with Alzheimer’s and other related dementias. In this secured unit, we provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment, by incorporating individual routines and preferences.
